Race Overview
Starting from Seema Resort, on the Badlapur – Karjat highway, the course leads runners across the dramatic elevation changes of the Matheran hills. This event invites runners to push beyond their limits and redefine their running journey, embodying the spirit of perseverance and the joy of unity. MHHM is a challenging Half Marathon, testing your strength and mind, and emphasizing health as a cornerstone of a healthy society.

The proceedings of the event will go towards helping Orphanage Children Homes.

- Half Marathon: 3 Hours 30 Minutes

All support stations, volunteers, and timing mats will be removed post this time cutoff.

- Age Criteria: 16 Years above and below 75 years

- 16 Yrs – 35 Years

- 50 Years – 75 Years

- Registration Closure: July 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM or when the maximum limit is filled, whichever is earlier.
Rules and Regulations
- Race timing will be recorded on a Mat-to-Mat basis (timing starts/stops when you cross the start/finish line).
- Participants must upload/submit a copy of their ID proof for age verification.
- The BIB allotted to the participant is non-transferable.
- A request for cancellation and thereby, a refund will not be entertained.
- It is compulsory to show BIB for collecting the Finisher Medal and snacks.
- E-certificates will be available on the website post the event.
- The event organizer reserves the right to modify the Date, Venue, Distance, Race start time, and any other changes related to this event at any given point in time.
- T-shirt size once selected cannot be modified under any circumstances.
- Every participant is required to wear the bib (chest no) at all times during the race.
- Participants must personally appear for collecting the running Bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with written consent of the registered runners.
- For the safety of the participants, Organizers highly recommend that participants should carry a suitable headlamp and wear it during the run for at least the first 60 to 90 minutes or until dawn to maneuver the course safely.
- Participants found to have interchanged their timing bib tag with another individual will be disqualified from the event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the subsequent edition.
- If you don’t wear your timing bib tag as instructed, you won’t be able to get an official finish time, medal, and e-certificate.
- If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian confirms permission for the child to take part, and all rules apply to the minor.
General Terms and Conditions
- Confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.
- Provide a secure email ID/mobile number for communication. Regular updates will be sent via SMS and email.
- Participation in long-distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to the body and health. Participants take full responsibility for participating and do not hold Reliable Hub's Foundation, the organizing committee, or any of its members responsible for any injury or accident.
- Personal information can be stored and used by the organizers for event organization, promotion, administration, and statistical compilation.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats, or force majeure restrictions by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. Confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified in such cases.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).
- Participants are requested to eat a healthy meal and not consume alcohol the previous night to avoid dehydration.
- The conduct and behavior of the participant should not cause distress or harm to anyone. Organizers reserve the right to ask participants to leave or hand them over to authorities if conduct is inappropriate, with financial liability falling on the participant.
- If a participant wishes to abruptly end the run or is unable to participate due to being unfit, no return support or refund will be provided, and financial liability for alternate arrangements would be of the participant.
- The participant is responsible for following the organizer's instructions and has to bear all expenses which may arise in case of medical exigency or any emergency condition.
- A first aid kit is provided, and coordinators are trained to respond to minor injuries. Organizers take all reasonable steps to provide basic safety.
- Organizers hold the right to change the itinerary or cancel the activity in case of unexpected weather or unpredicted situations beyond their control. Organizers will not be liable for any costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances.
- It is mandatory to disclose any personal medical conditions so that prior arrangements can be made. Organizers do not hold any responsibility for the outcome of any undisclosed medical condition.
- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.
- Matheran Hill Half Marathon organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of participation. Organizers are not responsible for any unforeseen damage to participants’ personal belongings or personal vehicles.
- If participants are found violating the rules, Organizers reserve all rights to remove the participant from the group, with no refund provided.
- For security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage. It is strongly recommended not to leave valuables in stored bags. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and/or belongings.
