About the Event
The Guwahati Marathon, Edition III, is Northeast India's flagship AIMS-certified running event, organized by Paper Mache. Launched in 2024, it has grown significantly from 1,000 participants in its debut edition to 6,500 in Edition II. Set against the backdrop of Guwahati's culture and community spirit, the marathon has become a marquee fitness property in the region, drawing runners from across the Northeast and increasingly from other parts of India through its national ambassador and affiliated run club network.
