Race Categories

• 3KM – Run to Reboot (Non-competitive, no age limit)
• 5KM – Run to Transform (Non-competitive, 9 years & above)
• 10KM – Run to Conquer (Competitive, 16 years & above)

  • Rank 2: ₹2,000
  • Rank 3: ₹1,000

Note: Minimum 15 participants required per category. Gun time will be considered.

Terms & Conditions

• Age Criteria:
  • 3K: No age limit (Non-competitive)
  • 5K: 9 years & above (Non-competitive)
  • 10K: 16 years & above (Competitive)
• All participants must agree to the disclaimer and terms before the event.
• Participants are responsible for their belongings and participate at their own risk.
• Registration Policy: Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be adjusted for future events.
• All participants are deemed fit and capable of running.
• Competitive runners’ timing will be tracked via electronic chip linked to their bib.
• Runners must cross timing mats placed on the route to record official time.
• Organisers reserve the right to modify or waive rules and awards.
• No discrepancies will be entertained on race day.
• All participants are bound by event rules and updates.
• Failure to follow rules may result in disqualification and removal from results.
• Participants authorise use of their images/videos/data for promotions and future events.
• Goodie bags, bibs, and kits will be distributed only on Expo Day (12th September 2025).
• Kits not collected on Expo Day will not be delivered later.
• Only finishers will receive medals, not just registered participants.
• Further instructions will be shared on Expo and Race Day; participants must follow them.
• Award Criteria:
  • Prizes only for top 3 in 10KM category (Open & Veteran)
  • Gun time will be considered, not chip time
  • No BIB exchange or private piloting (3-year ban)
  • Minimum 15 runners required per prize category
  • Cash prizes transferred post-verification within 45 days
  • Awards are subject to tax deductions as per government rules
