RUN FOR A CAUSE – KHARGHAR MARATHON 2027 2nd Edition | Run for Fitness. Run to Save Lives. Organised by The Cause Travellers Social Welfare Organisation , a registered NGO committed to community welfare and humanitarian causes, the 2nd Edition of RUN FOR A CAUSE – Kharghar Marathon 2027 brings together runners, fitness enthusiasts, families, corporates and social organisations for a purpose beyond running. The marathon is dedicated to two important healthcare causes: Organ Donation Awareness and Thalassemia Prevention . Through this initiative, we aim to spread awareness about organ donation, inspire people to pledge their organs, encourage premarital thalassemia screening and promote preventive healthcare education among young people and families. The event is supported by Rotary District 3142, ROTTO-SOTTO Western Region, Lions Club partners and various NGOs and community organisations , along with volunteers and other supporters united by a common mission. Whether you are an experienced runner, a first-time participant or someone who simply wishes to support a meaningful cause, this marathon welcomes you to be part of a movement where every step carries a message of hope.
