Whether you're taking your first steps into running or looking to challenge your limits, there's a distance for everyone — 3 KM | 5 KM | 10 KM. Once you cross the finish line, your experience doesn't end there! Explore the Pune Youth Fest happening at the venue, featuring sports, esports, entertainment, music, fitness, kids' activities, competitions, food, and much more. Your morning starts with a run. Your day continues with a festival!

Race Categories
- 3 KM – RUN FOR FUN (Non-competitive, No age limit)
- 5 KM – RUN TO START (Non-competitive, No age limit)
- 10 KM – RUN TO COMPETE (Timing Based)
Participants below 18 years must have appropriate parental/guardian consent.

Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in the Marathon, all participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms:
1. Race Categories
- 3K: No age limit – Non-competitive.
- 5K: No age limit – Non-competitive.
- 10K: No age limit – Competitive.
2. Registration & Fees
- Registration is valid only after successful payment and submission of required details.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against future events.
- Participants must provide accurate registration information.
3. Medical Fitness & Own Risk
- Participants must ensure that they are medically and physically fit to participate.
- Participation is at the participant's own risk.
- Participants must follow all instructions issued by event officials, medical teams, volunteers, and security personnel.
- The organisers may stop or withdraw a participant on medical or safety grounds.
4. Bib & Timing
- Only the Bib and timing chip assigned to the participant may be used.
- Bib exchange, impersonation, unauthorised assistance, private piloting, shortcuts, or unauthorised transportation are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification and a ban of up to 3 years.
- For the 10K competitive category, official chip time will be considered for rankings and prizes.
- Participants are responsible for checking their registration and Bib details before race day. Race-day discrepancies may not be entertained.
5. 10K Awards
- Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female finishers in the 10K category.
- A minimum of 15 valid participants per prize category is required.
- Participants must complete the official route and comply with all rules to qualify.
- Prize money will be paid after verification, within a maximum of 30 days.
- Applicable government taxes/deductions will be made.
- Results and prize decisions are subject to verification by the organisers.
6. Race Route & Event Changes
- Participants must follow the designated race route and all official instructions.
- The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend, shorten, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, government/police restrictions, medical emergencies, traffic restrictions, or other circumstances beyond their control.
- Participant safety will always be the priority.
7. Race Kit & Bib Collection
- Bibs, T-shirts, and goodie bags will be distributed only on Expo Day – 24 October 2026, as per the announced schedule.
- Kits not collected on Expo Day will not be delivered later, unless specifically announced by the organisers.
8. Finisher Medals
- Finisher medals will be given only to participants who successfully complete the registered race distance and are not disqualified.
- Registration alone does not guarantee a medal.
9. Participant Conduct
- Participants must maintain proper discipline and sportsmanship and must not engage in abusive, threatening, unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.
- Littering and obstruction of other participants are prohibited.
10. Medical & Personal Belongings
- Medical assistance will be available at designated locations.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The organisers will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage.
- Medical, hospitalisation, ambulance, or related expenses not specifically covered by the event shall be the participant's responsibility.
11. Media & Data Consent
- By registering, participants authorise the organisers and authorised partners to use their photographs, videos, interviews, and event-related content for promotional, marketing, social media, publicity, and future event purposes, subject to applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
- The organisers shall not be liable for changes, postponement, suspension, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, or security concerns.
13. Final Authority
- All decisions of the Event Management and Organising Committee regarding registration, participation, route, timing, disqualification, awards, safety, and other event matters shall be final and binding on all participants.
