• Participants must be medically fit to participate.
• By registering, participants confirm that they are physically capable of completing their chosen distance.

Event Rules

• Bib numbers must be worn visibly throughout the race.
• Participants must follow instructions from organizers, volunteers, and officials.
• Misconduct or violation of rules may result in disqualification.

Safety & Responsibility

• First-aid and ambulance support will be available.
• Participants participate at their own risk.
• Organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage.

Event Changes

Organizers reserve the right to modify the date, time, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refund Policy: All registrations are non-refundable. This includes personal cancellations, medical reasons, postponement, or rescheduling.
• Transfer Policy: Registrations are non-transferable. Category changes are permitted only with organizer approval before the deadline.
• Event Cancellation: The event may be rescheduled or converted into a virtual run if required. No monetary refunds will be issued.
