Felix Plaza Family Run is a Team Relay Run designed for family members, close relatives, friends, and running buddies. It's an opportunity for a great family outing in a competitive setup to celebrate togetherness and family fitness.

Minimum age for participants is 8 years (Race Day being the cutoff date).

Race Categories & Fees

Participants have the option to choose from three team combinations. The team combination is gender neutral.

Category: Only Family Members Relay Teams

The members of a team must be from one family or family tree. These teams will receive a special felicitation.

• 10Km Family Relay Run (Team of 4): 4+3+1+1Km - **Rs 8000/-
  • Four members of a family make up a team and run a total of 10Km. First will run 5Km, the second 4Km, the third 3Km, & the last member will run 1Km.
• 10Km Family Relay Run (Team of 3): 5+3+2Km - **Rs 6000/-
  • Three members of a family make up a team and run a total of 10Km. First will run 5Km, the second 3Km, & the last member will run 2Km.
• 10Km Family Relay Run (Team of 2): 5+5Km - **Rs 4000/-
  • Two members of a family make up a team and run a total of 10Km. Both members run 5Km each one after the other.

Category: Friends & Running Buddies Relay Team

The members of a team may be friends or running buddies.

• 10Km Friends Relay Run (Team of 4): 1+2+3+4Km - **Rs 8000/-
  • Four participants make up a team and run a total of 10Km. First will run 5Km, the second 4Km, the third 3Km, & the last member will run 1Km.
• 10Km Friends Relay Run (Team of 3): 5+3+2Km - **Rs 6000/-
  • Three participants make up a team and run a total of 10Km. First will run 5Km, the second 3Km, & the last member will run 2Km.
• 10Km Friends Relay Run (Team of 2): 5+5Km - **Rs 4000/-

What is a Relay Run?

A relay run is a team racing event where members take turns completing sections of a course or distance. Instead of one person running the entire distance, the race is divided into "legs", with each teammate running their assigned portion and passing a baton to the next runner.

Important Instructions

• The members of each team must be from the same family or family tree.
• Friends and running buddies will be considered family members for team formation.
• Team members will choose their running distance at the time of registration.

Prizes & Gifts for Winners

• The top 3 Teams in each Relay format will be felicitated with trophies.
• There is no cash prize.
• There are no age categories.
• Teams are gender neutral, meaning any gender combination is allowed in a team.

Refund Policy

• In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. The registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in future events.
• No question asked refund policy: If a participant wants to withdraw from the event, they should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com, to get a refund (excluding processing fee).

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers, its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
