Hydration & Medical Support

Adequate hydration stations, aid stations, medical assistance, and physiotherapy support will be available throughout the event to ensure a safe and comfortable race experience for all participants.

Race Expo

• Date: 26 September 2026
• Time: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

All participants must collect their race kits during the Race Expo.

Participants unable to collect their race kits personally may authorize another person to collect on their behalf by providing a copy of their registration confirmation and government-issued photo ID.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Requests for cancellation, transfer of registration, category changes, fee adjustments, or refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Official Timing Certificates

Official timing certificates will be available for Half Marathon, 10.5K, and 5K participants after the event.
