An initiative by The Daredevils, this is an ON-GROUND Event.

Get ready to lace up and embrace the rhythm of the rain at the Dwarka Monsoon Run – an energizing, soul-refreshing running experience happening right in the heart of Dwarka! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, this run is for everyone who dares to run free under the open skies and pouring clouds.

• Event Date: 09th August, 2025
• Day: Sunday
• Assembling Time: 4:30 AM
• Zumba: 4:45 AM
• Flag Off: 5:00 AM Onwards
• Assembling At: Dwarka (Exact location to be shared soon)
• BIB & T-Shirt Distribution: On 08th August, 2026 (Exact location to be shared soon)
• Last Date of Registrations: 03rd August, 2026

Race Categories

21.1 km Run with Timing Chip

• Race Start Time: 5:00 AM
• Cut Off Time: Participants must complete the run within 3 hours.
• Registration Fee: ₹1900
• Prizes: Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 Male and Female runners in the following age categories:
  • 18 years to 30 years
  • 31 years to 45 years
  • 46 years to 60 years
  • 61 years and above
• Finishers Medal will be awarded to all participants who finish on or before the Cut Off Time.

10 km Run with Timing Chip

• Race Start Time: 5:25 AM
• Cut Off Time: Participants must complete the run within 1 hour 45 Minutes.
• Registration Fee: ₹1700
• Prizes: Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 Male and Female runners in the following age categories:
  • 12 years to 30 years
  • 31 years to 45 years
  • 46 years and above
• Finishers Medal will be awarded to all participants who finish on or before the Cut Off Time.

5 km Run with Timing Chip

• Race Start Time: 5:35 AM
• Cut Off Time: Participants must complete the run within 45 Minutes.
• Registration Fee: ₹1500
• Prizes: Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 Male and Female runners in the following age categories:
  • 10 years to 30 years
  • 31 years to 45 years
  • 46 years and above
• Finishers Medal will be awarded to all participants who finish on or before the Cut Off Time.

3 km Run without Timing Chip

• Race Start Time: 5:45 AM
• Cut Off Time: Participants must complete the run within 45 minutes.
• Registration Fee: ₹1300
• Prizes: Only Finishers Medal will be awarded to all participants who finish on or before the Cut Off Time.

Note: Timing certificate from this event can be used to qualify for all major Marathons in India.

Cash Prizes (Open Category)

In addition to Age Category Trophies, attractive Cash Prizes will be awarded to the Top Performers in the Open Category Only (Male & Female) for 21.1km & 10.5KM.

Important Notes:

• Open Category Winners will not be eligible for Age Category trophies.
• Participants can win either Open Category Prize or Age Category trophies.
• Prize distribution will be based on Chip Time as recorded during the run.
• All winners must provide valid ID proof for prize processing, if required.
• Organizer's decision regarding results and prize distribution shall be final and binding.

Rules and Regulations

• BIB Exchange Prohibited: BIB exchange is strictly prohibited. Participants found engaging in BIB exchange will be immediately disqualified. Entry without a BIB is not permitted.
• BIB Number & T-shirt Collection: Details regarding BIB number and t-shirt collection dates, venue, and timings will be updated after closing registration. Participants will receive an email notification with this information.
• Littering: Please do not litter the route. Dustbins will be available along the route for disposing of waste.
• Finisher's Benefits: Runners will receive a finisher medal and refreshments upon completing their run.
• Age Requirements:
  • Participants must be at least 8 years old for the 3 km run.
  • Participants must be at least 10 years old for the 5 km run.
  • Participants must be at least 12 years old for the 10 km run.
• Baggage Store Counter: A baggage store counter will be available on race day for participants' convenience.
• Parking Area: A designated parking area will be provided for participants.
• Refunds and Registration Transfer: There will be no refunds of registration fees or transfer of registrations.
• Event Contingencies: In the event of adverse weather conditions, VIP moments, major incidents, or threats on the day, the organizer reserves the right to stop, cancel, or postpone the event.
• Medical Assistance: Participants are advised to call for an ambulance or seek aid if they feel dizzy or unsteady during the event.
• No Vehicles Allowed: Vehicles are not permitted in the stage area or on the track.

Refund Policy

This Ticket is Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable. In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to Covid Norms & Reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. This means the registration fee is NOT REFUNDABLE but can be adjusted in our future events.

Waiver Statement

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers, its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
