5 KM Timed Run

• Race Start: 06:15 AM
• Cut-off Time: 1 Hour
• Registration Fee: ₹1200 (200 Rs. Off till 10th September)

2 KM Fun Run (without timing Chip)

• Perfect for beginners, families, students, and fitness lovers.
• Race Start: 06:30 AM
• Cut-off Time: 30 Minutes
• Registration Fee: Rs. 1000 (200 Rs. Off till 10th September)

Race Day Experience

Experience the excitement of running with energetic volunteers, enthusiastic spectators, music, hydration stations, medical support, and an incredible finish-line atmosphere. Our dedicated volunteers will cheer you on throughout the course, helping make every kilometer memorable.

Overall Top 3 Male & Female Participants will Get Award in 10KM & 5KM Timed Run Only.

Important Information

• Professional timing services will be provided for all race categories.
• Medical teams, ambulances, hydration points, washrooms, sports drinks, and traffic management will be available throughout the course.
• Race Results, Event Photos, and Timing Certificates will be available online within 3 days after the event.
• If you feel dizzy or unwell during the race, immediately seek assistance from the nearest medical volunteer.
• Please help us keep the race route clean by using the dustbins provided.

Age Limits

• 5 KM: 12 Years
• 10KM: 15 Years
• 2KM: 5 Years

Bib Number and T-Shirt Collection

• Bib Number and T-Shirt collection will NOT be available on race day.
• Collection details will be shared via email at least 7 days before the event.
• Bib & T-shirt Collection only available on 1st October 2026 in Dwarka from 12 PM to 6 PM.
• Without Bib number there is no entry on race day. Bib collection is mandatory on 1st October 2026 from Dwarka, Delhi.

Registration Policy

• Please read all event details carefully before registering.
• Only successfully registered participants will be permitted to participate.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after successful registration.
• Any registration changes must be requested at least 10 days before the event.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refund is only available if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.
• No Refund available or transfer after purchasing ticket.
• If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, registrations will remain valid for the new date.

I certify that I have consulted a qualified medical practitioner regarding my fitness to participate. I agree to release and indemnify the organizers, event partners, volunteers, sponsors, officials, employees, and associates from any liability, claims, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the event. I also agree to abide by all event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by the organizers.
