Event Overview
BeAthlit Monthly Lake Runs are designed to make it easy for everyone to participate and appreciate the lakes. Due to lake authority regulations, these events resemble community runs without structures inside or near the lakes.
How It Works
- Register for the event.
- Choose your preferred lake from the available locations.
- Arrive at the lake entrance between 6 AM - 9 AM on the day of the run.
- Report to our team and collect your T-shirt.
- Complete your chosen distance: 1.6K / 3K / 5K / 10K.
- Track your run using any fitness app (e.g., Strava, Garmin, Google Fit, Nike Run Club, RunKeeper).
- For kids running with an accompanying adult, the adult’s Strava activity will be considered valid.
- Show your activity proof to our team at the lake.
- Collect your medal and celebrate!
Special Recognition
Runners who complete 5 lake runs by December 2026 will earn a composite medal called “Legend of Lakes”.

Important Guidelines
- Complete your run at the lake you selected during registration.
- The run must be completed on July 5th between 6 AM - 9:30 AM.
- Strava activity is required for medal eligibility.
- Distance must be clearly visible in your activity.
- No Bibs will be provided.
- No hydration or on-route support will be available.
- Our team will be present at each lake entrance for verification and distribution.
