AMC Half Marathon 2026

Event Overview

Greetings from AMC Pune to all Runners & Fitness Enthusiasts!

We are excited to announce that the Association of Medical Consultants, Pune will be hosting its annual AMC Half Marathon 2026 on 13th December, 2026 at Magarpatta City, Pune.

Our Marathon is an AIMS certified Marathon and is the first certified Half Marathon in South East of Pune. You can now participate in larger national and international races using the certificate you obtain here.

We, being a Doctors association, yearly organize this Marathon purely to create public awareness about different health issues and hence do it on a no profit, no loss basis. This will be our consecutive 6th Marathon after conducting 6 successful Marathons.

This year too, AMC Half Marathon 2026 is expected to draw a large number of participants, runners, and spectators from our community and beyond. We would be starting our marathon with warm-up Zumba dance and ending our Marathon with cool-down stretching and relaxing exercises. The Marathon will end with a delicious breakfast.

Race Categories

We have five categories for you to choose from as per your training, fitness level, and passion:

• 21k - Legend Run (Timed)
• 10k - Empower Run (Timed)
• 5k - Beginners Run (Timed)
• 3k - Family Run

Age Eligibility Criteria

• 21k: Above 18 yrs
• 10k: Above 15 yrs
• 5k: Above 12 yrs
• 3k: Above 8 yrs

Prizes

There will be exciting prizes for all the winners in each category. We are happy to announce that there will be exciting prizes for the first two winners in three age categories (< 35 yrs, 35-60 yrs, and above 60 yrs) for male & female separately for 21k, 10k, and 5k categories each.

• Venue: Destination Center, Magarpatta City

Reporting Time

• For 21k & 10k: 5.45 am sharp
• For 5k & 3k: 6.30 am sharp

Terms and Conditions

All entrants to this event must agree with these terms and conditions, and release from liability. If you are entering on behalf of someone else, you accept the waiver terms on their behalf. If you do not accept the terms of this waiver, you must cancel your entry transaction now.

1. Please choose the event category carefully; confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile no that you can access regularly, since this will be our primary means of communication during the run-up to the event.
2. Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email addresses should add service@townscript.com to their address list.
3. We might be sending regular updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form; this should not be treated as spam, and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider.
4. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.
5. Please fill out only those fields that are necessary for mailing purposes. Do not provide redundant data in multiple fields (i.e., do not list the same data for city, province, and country), as this will only complicate our ability to contact you, if necessary.
6. You are aware that long-distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. You take full responsibility for participating in the AMC Half Marathon 2026 Run event and do not hold the organizing committee or any of its members or entities responsible for any injury or accident.
7. You shall consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.
8. You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats, and all other risks associated with a public event.
9. You agree that AMC Half Marathon 2026 event shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
10. You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
11. You also agree to stop running if instructed by the Race director or the medical staff or by the aid station volunteers.
12. You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event.
13. You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by AMC Half Marathon 2026 or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion, and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.
14. You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).
15. We request total cooperation from runners in this regard.
