We are happy to formally share the details of the Kakinada Marathon – 9th Edition, and request your support and coordination based on the information below. Kakinada Marathon 2027 (9th Edition) RUN FOR A LIFELINE! RUN WITH US! The 9th Edition of the Kakinada Marathon is not just about kilometers, finish lines or medals. This year, we run to create awareness about PLATELET DONATION ! For many cancer patients, especially children undergoing treatment, platelets can be lifesaving. Unlike many other blood components, platelets have a very short shelf life, which means blood banks need a continuous supply of eligible donors. A healthy, eligible person may be able to donate platelets as often as every 3 days, subject to blood-bank screening and applicable guidelines. So, on 24 January 2027, come run with us — 21.1KM or 10KM or 5KM or 3KM — along the beautiful Kakinada coast. Please register.
