Sinhagad Epic Trail is an action packed monsoon trail race taking place on 27th June 2026 at the foothills of Sinhagad Fort, Pune, India. In this race you will run on the most beautiful route set in the Ghera of Sinhagad fort, which is known as Lions Den of the Sahyadri Mountain Ranges. Sinhagad Epic Trail is an exciting, refreshing and thrilling trail running marathon where you scramble, climb, & scurry through the 4 valleys that surround Sinhagad fort amidst wind, fog, mist and rains. Race on the trails where epic and thrilling 17th century battles were fought by brave warriors like Tanhaji Malusare, Kanhoji Jedhe, and Navji Balkawade. These epic battles helped Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to change the course of history for generations to come. SET (Sinhagad Epic Trail) has 4 different race categories: 11 Km: 11 kilometres + 790+ metres elevation + 3 hours 30 min cut off time + 0 UTMB Points . 21 Km: Half Marathon distance + 1220+ metres elevation + 6 hours cut off time + 1 ITRA Point. 30 Km: 30 kilometres + 1560+ metres elevation + 9 hours cut off time + 2 ITRA Points. 42Km : Full marathon distance + 2190+ metres elevation + 11 hours cut off time + 2 ITRA Points. All the race categories start and end at the same point; i.e. Sinhagad Fort Base, Atkarwadi Village.
